Sports Galore By Lira Bautista

 Staying active has always been a big part of my life, but this year, I’ve decided to take my fitness journey to the next level. With a schedule packed with volleyball, jogging, gym sessions, and almost daily dance practice, I’m learning how to balance different workouts while keeping my body strong and energized.



 Volleyball: A sport that keeps me agile, builds my teamwork skills, and challenges my endurance.

 Jogging (3x a week): My go-to for building stamina and clearing my mind. Whether it’s a quick morning run or an evening jog, it helps me stay consistent.

 Gym (2x a week): Strength training has become a key part of my routine. I focus on building muscle and improving my overall fitness.

 Choreographer : More than just exercise, dancing is my passion. It’s a full-body workout that improves flexibility, coordination, and rhythm.



Juggling all these activities isn’t easy, but I’m learning how to listen to my body, fuel myself with proper nutrition, and stay motivated. Some days are tougher than others, but seeing my progress keeps me going.


Why Fitness Matters


For me, fitness isn’t just about staying in shape it’s about feeling good, having energy, and building discipline. Every workout is a step toward a healthier and stronger version of myself.
